[theora] [theora-dev] ffmpeg2theora 0.24 released

Just a quick note to add that j just released another experimental
thusnelda build of the tool[1].

Thusnelda (that's Theora 1.1 for those not paying attention) is not
yet stable, but if you'd rather have more quality instead of a safety
net, go ahead and use it.
