This is actually an important concern.  If email clients don't catch
up as well, people will start complaining.  If <video> works on their
browsers why are they limited to images in email?

Well, it's true that people don't send messages bigger than 10 MB
because most providers limit the size of attachments, but I do see
lots and lots of "funnies" being send around*
