You will have to uncomress and recompress it in any case
(to happen as explicit or hidden) except some trivial cutting or so.
Obviously it's damn stupid to convert it into some other lossy format ;-)
so all you need is to find a video editor accepting YUV4MPEG or at
least HuffYUV.
I don't have any suggestions (I don't use the "fancy" proprietary video editors
at all), I'm writing my own but don't ask whether it is done in 50 or
100 years :-|
Well, FFMPEG and FFMPEG2THEORA can do some conversions ...
