[theora] A big 'Thank you' to the developpers

The quality was not as good as with the -v switch ... until I saw that the
two-pass encoding process allow a -v as the minimal quality.
Now the quality is better, if I do not set a minimal quality value I have
too many artifacts.

I'm waiting for more improvement in this two-passes process, I know that you
will produce again some amazing stuff !
