[theora] theora_info.width vs. yuv_buffer.stride

Can someone please explain to me why these are different sometimes? Even
within a single stream, I have noticed that some frames have the width equal
to the stride and others don't, and it changes seemingly randomly. In other
streams, they are identical for the entire stream.
