[theora] last 2 days of theora sprint...your help is welcome!

We have been 3 days into the sprint so far and 2 days to go...the book
is coming together well and is outlined here:

Anyone that would like to jump in and add stuff is more than welcome.
Your help would really take the book to another level, and that can only
be good for theora :)))

Edits and checking facts etc can only take as long as u have time...so
if u have 5 minutes or several hours, it doesnt matter - every bit can
help.
