Hello,

The rate control is in fact slamming back and forth between the rails
on this clip.  There have been multiple bugfixes in the days since
your build, including a number of 32 bit fixes.

Is it possible to get the original uncompressed clip?  With the .ogv
file all we can say is 'yup, looks broken' we can't actually do any
testing.
