[theora] theora video editor

What do you want to do with it. I have Ubuntu Hardy and you can easily
get Pitivi from the repositories. It is called a "non-linear video
editor", but I'm not sure it can do what you want. It can however,
import and work with Theora videos.

If you want it to work on windows, you can probably buy some
video-editing software and work with Theora through some directshow or
something, plugin for the Theora codec (I have no idea if that exists
but it probably does)
