Here's a cross-site version, which presumedly will work after the
access control changes:

 http://people.xiph.org/~giles/2008/iframe_test.html

And here's a very similar-looking page which won't:

 http://people.xiph.org/~giles/2008/element_test.html

Of course the iframe page doesn't have any neat features beyond
user-controlled playback, including format-based fallback.
