No, not yet.

It would be a good idea to do so. The oggplay plugin, which can be
found on the front page of http://www.annodex.net/ , would be a good
candidate.

Native Theora support is not planned for the 3.0 release, but for a
later one; it would be good to have a plugin available for 3.0.
