[theora] Online file converter to Theora , Who thinks transcode to Theora is difficult?

I can't get this site to work at all.  Every time I try I get an Apache 
Tomcat exception and error report.  It's as if there is a bug in the 
server-side code and the process stops there.

It's a nice idea, but apparently this implementation needs more testing.
