[theora] Google Summer of Code 2007

I see in http://code.google.com/soc that Google Summer of Code 2007 is on.

It start accepting applications in March.

I hope to see that this year someone get the 'Optimize Theora 
encoding/decoding speed, SSE/SSE2' project : 
http://wiki.xiph.org/index.php/Summer_of_Code

Well Xiph / Theora team , don't delay to apply to Google Summer of Code 
2007.
