[theora] XiphQT MS Windows installer?

Hello,

Are there any plans to make an installer for XiphQT?

Because although it's easy for me to put the Xiph QuickTime Extension
in QuickTime's QTComponents directory... I don't see most people doing
this.


So... any plans for a XiphQT installer on MS Windows?
