[theora] OGG Theora and Cortado

Hi,

I'm playing with Theora and Cortado and I have to say that both are 
incredible.
I have uploaded two pages demonstrating the power of both softwares (the 
applet and the video codec) at 128kbps and 256kbps.

Of course you need a JVM, the one supplied by Microsoft is not able to 
launch correctly the applet.
