[Theora] Theora_I_spec.pdf

Hi,

on page 59 (in the PDF file) / 43 (number on top of the pages) of 
'Theora_I_spec.pdf' I can read:
'Complete details on the granule position mapping are specified in Section 
REF.'
But I can't find any Section REF...

Can anyone tell me, where this is?
