[theora] Encoding webcam real time video

Hello there, I'm a newby.
I'm going to encode a video captured in real time from
a webcam. I want to do it with theora, but without
using any "standard" headers nor voice stuff, only
video frames - the easiest way. I'm using windows XP
with latest SDK.

How can i do it? Say, I know the width, height
(320x240) and format of the video (i420) and I have a
pointer to the frame buffer.
