[Theora] ffmpeg2theora 0.15

hi,

v4l only provides an interface for video, to get sound one would have
to use oss or alsa, so far i did not look into ways to provide this
functionality in ffmpeg2theora. using flumotion or vlc you should be
able to stream sound too.
