[Theora] kde theora encoder frontend

well actually as mentioned on the kde-apps you need
the latest version of kommander from cvs which is
available here:
http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=12865
but I guess you first need to install the kde dev libs
that comes with your mandrake distribution in order to
compile kommander (kdmr-executor).
