[theora] CVS decoder(?) broken + gentoo compilation problem

Hello,

after doing a completely fresh cvs checkout (deleted all local files) 
the building problems are gone. Sorry for the alert...

However, decoder/encoder is still broken - so it doesn´t seem to be the 
fault of a messy local cvs copy... I guess I will have to wait a few 
days until I can play around with theora again ;-)
