[Theora] Question about Theora plugins compilation under windows

Dear Sir,

I am interested Theora project and tryed to compile its plugins for 
RealPlayer in Windows2000.

What I did:

- download and install python

- download realplayer10-alpha-source.tar.bz2 from helix and unzip it

- set VisualC6++ parameters for commandline compiling

- run make.bat

After that python script "build" started

but it commpile nothing because it can't build dependency tree

Last line was:
Build complete, 0 of 0 modules failed.


What I did wrong?
