[theora] expected bitrates ?

And it is of course my lack of access to uncompressed 422 source that
led to my asking here, rather than testing myself.

I don't even have access to any mpeg2 hdtv source.

Has anyone tested it with source from something like D5 tapes
or smpte 292 streams?
