[theora] mplayer theora patch

Hi,

I just completed a patch for mplayer-cvs that enables theora support.
thought some of you might be interested.  comments, bug reports,
suggestions etc welcome.

Grab it from

http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~dvdkhlng/mplayer-theora-20030430.diff.gz

Apply it to recent mplayer-cvs via "diff -p1" from the mplayer/main
directory.
