Hi All,<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I have set <i><b>cpi-&gt;pb.ThisFrameQualityValue</b></i> parameter to<b> 10(minimum value of the ac scale factor matrix) </b>manually while compressing in CompressKeyFrame&nbsp; and CompressFrame functions in encoder_toplevel.c. As we were expected, size of the encoded ogg video increased. But quality of the was not increased (It&#39;s quality has been degraded). <br>
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Can anybody explain the reason for this?<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; In Decoding process,&nbsp; is it only consider about the quality value of the First Frame rather than considering the quality value of each&nbsp; frame? <br clear="all"><br>
