[theora-dev] Bad memory access in libtheora beta3

[ogg.k.ogg.k at googlemail.com]

Sample input (Theora, encoded from a simple PNG, also attached),
and valgrind output.
Done with libtheora beta3 and ffmpeg2theora from maybe a week ago.
The first whine is from ffmpeg, doesn't happen with the PNG as input,
so doesn't cause the problem in the first place.
Full f2t command line near the start of the attached log.
