I can confirm this fixes the issue here.

Now, vorbis stream with skeleton behave like theora, meaning that packet 
number are no longer mangled, and metadata are not taken into  account.

I guess extending icecast's ogg packet mangling to speex, theora and co. is 
another dutty :)
