[theora-dev] libtheora-1.0beta3 release

All,

I've rolled a new beta release, including all the changes from the  
last 6 months. Please test and let us know if there are any remaining  
issues before 1.0. We want to do a final 1.0 in a few weeks.

This is the third beta release toward our first stable implementation  
of the reference library.

This release includes new separate encoder and decoder libraries  
supporting the new-style API based on theora-exp. Also included are  
assembly optimizations for gcc and MSVC builds, better documentation,  
general robustness and bug fixes. See the file CHANGES inside the  
release packages for details.

Thanks to everyone who contributed to this release. Please give it a  
try and report any remaining issues.
