Attached is the patch so far. For some reason, for a lot of the files,
the contents of the file was duplicated. I diffed both copies to make
sure they were the same, and then removed the duplicate stuff.
Also, some files were missing from the vcproj file.
Thus far, everything builds except for encoder_example. Complaining
about missing symbols, all of them part of the new API wrapper
functions. Where is th_encode_ycbcr defined?
