I haven't tried your app but yet, but a question...
As I wrote, in my V4L + Theora app I have problems with the clips I create.
The clip goes on for some seconds after the player arrives to the ending 
time...
Did you have problems in this way? Did you do something to set the 
timestamps of the frames...?
