[Theora-dev] ANNOUNCE: release of Cortado 0.2.0

after a long wait, Cortado 0.2.0 has finally been released.

This release adds support for seeking in static files, and numerous bug
fixes.  Full release notes attached.

      * 142 : JPEG applet's internal buffering produces "lag"
