I think the problem I am with YV12 alignment in my filter may the due
to Theora itself.

Try to use a non 4 multiple video, for example 173x144. After added
the file in GraphEdit with FileSource (Async), and linked together
with a Theora Encoder, a Theora Decoder, and the Video Renderer,
displayed image isn't correct. It was a gray image, displayed in
diagonal from the upper-right corner to the bottom-left.

Have you the same problem ?
