Release build configuration. MSVS.NET 2003.

Results of QueryPerformanceCounter after translate ALL calculations in integer area:
22/06/05 13:06:46 main.cpp, WndProc, line: 582 NOTE: Average yuv->rgb time : 4.342
but, without this translations execution time equal 10-15 milliseconds.
