[Theora-dev] Very visible artefacts on still frames

Hi Zen,

This sounds great. Where can I find this new source tree. I have VS2003 and 
can rebuild using that. But on http://www.illiminable.com/ogg/ , I can only 
find the version 0.69.8924 and its source. Where can 9298 be found?
