[Theora-dev] [patch] vorbis support for transcoder

i needed to convert vp3 video file + vorbis audio file to theora,
and i didn't have the original wav file, so i added support for
using an existing ogg vorbis file for the transcoder.

i'm not sure if anyone would ever find this useful or whether
it should be committed, but either way i had to do it for myself
so i thought i would post the patch.

afaik, it works correctly and copies the stream losslessly, but
maybe someone can check the code in case i made any mistakes.
