It will probably work for speex but I haven't scrounged up an example
ogg/speex file yet. (Why are the speex samples on the website only
shown in .wav format?) The Python comment decoder tries to chop off
the preamble for vorbis or theora, and if neither match it continues
with the vendor/encoder string. So it should work for speex. I will
try it sometime.
