[Theora-dev] Theora dll in debug mode

You need to open the full solution... the file is called oggdsf_all.sln

That contains every project... then just build the oggcodecs project.

You just opened the oggcodecs project without the rest of the solution, 
that's why it can't find all the dependancies.
