[Theora-dev] new RTP development list

Just a heads up to anyone who's interested: we're starting a new push to 
finalize the RTP payload formats for Vorbis and Speex and to develop one 
for Theora. I've created a new mailing list for coordinating 
development. Feel free to join if you're interested in the design 
discussions, but we'll also cross-post major drafts to the relevent dev 
lists for review.
