IIRC, you need to set the granule position of the current frame when you 
seek to a new one, or the ones that the decoder reports for any 
successive packets will be wrong. But that should be the only problem. 
If you don't start feeding frames from a keyframe, you'll get mostly 
garbage pictures out until you reach a keyframe, but that should be the 
worst of it.
