Yes, it is a virus.

We're trying some things to replace the current list filters since 
they've obviously started to fail. In the meantime, if you use MS 
Windows and especially the Outlook mailer, do everyone a favor and make 
sure your system is up to date and not infected. Get your friends to do 
likewise.
