[theora-dev] source now in subversion

As mentioned, xiph.org has switched its source repository from cvs 
to svn. The theora code is available from 

    http://svn.xiph.org/theora/trunk.

Please make a fresh checkout; the cvs repository will no longer be updated.

This path may change again sometime soon. I did a per project tree for 
us because I liked that better, but I don't feel strongly about it. For 
example, /codec/trunk/theora may fit better with the rest of the 
xiph.org projects.
