I'll try to get an ogg demultiplexer filter
done first. Then put together theora and vorbis
decoders so an ogg video or audio file can be played
under most of the multimedia apps for Windows.
If I have any neurons left at that point
I'll tackle the encoders.

Is there an overview webpage/wiki/white paper
I can read to learn the details better?
