I had thought ogg was just a container that
distributed packets for whatever content you
wanted to place within it?  IE. you could
use it like AVI and use any audio and video
codec to create the data with in ogg stream/file.

Is there an overview webpage/wiki/white paper
I can read to learn the details better?
