[theora-dev] Writ reference encoder/decoder in CVS

I just finished upgrading the Ogg Writ reference encoder and decoder to
use py-ogg2 and included them in the examples directory (example on how
to design and test an Ogg codec in Python?).

My initial testing shows py-ogg2 is faster than py-ogg1, likely due to
the way libogg2 handles memory. For anyone looking to write a new
codec, or a python reference implementation for an existing one (as I
recall Dan Miller was working on this?), you may want to checkout
ogg-python2 from CVS.
