[theora-dev] MMX and extended-MMX acceleration patch for encoding

I've been thinking for my home use
I would just encode using whatever was the fastest
and convert to mpeg/ogg/divx or whatever as a
background task, if at all. If the video is just
for me to watch at home it doesn't matter what
format it's in as long as I can watch it.

Still, that seems like an achievement too.
