[theora-dev] encoder discrepancy

Works ok now with the updated encoder (also in the win project). Just use
something like

encoderwin stream.yuv -o test.ogg

Or on linux

./encoder_example stream.yuv -o test.ogg

I believe the current players do not like video only streams, however, due
to the rudimentary clock that is in place now (synched to the audio track.)
But the encoder will produce a valid one.
