Beautiful! The decoder works perfectly now. I was making 2
mistakes: I was using ThisFrameRecon instead of LastFrameRecon (is this
right? sort of a misnomer...), and I didn't realize that the decoder was
rendering the frame upside-down (or right-side up in a Cartesian system),
like Win32 video decoders often do.
