[theora-codecs] Playback problems using LeadTools?

Does anyone know of problems playing video using Lead Tools Multimedia
components (version 13)? I have a clean W2k install and install my
application. (My app install distributes all necessary Lead Tools
components, DirectX 8.0a, and the VP3.2 Codec. After required reboots, I
can play VP3 encoded content using windows media player, but not the Lead
Tools component. Interestingly, I can play content not encoded with VP3
using the Lead Tools.

When I try to open a video encoded with VP3, I receive the following error:

Could not render the video stream because the
"GUID={31335056-0000-0010-8000-00AA00389B71} FOURCC=VP31" codec is not
installed.

Any insight will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Chuck
