[theora-codecs] Postprocessing VP3

What must I type after Postprocessinglevel to diactivate the post
process?  0? or a word?

if you want to use the pre-built codec, you have to do it in the
registry (STRPOSTPROCESSINGLEVEL?
something like that)

otherwise you can recompile the code to disable it
