Hi, I am ouner of this page.

There is VP3 codec, called "VP3 Version 3.2.5.2 Decoder Tune", which decoder is
tuned up.
If you feel heavy to play a movie compressed by VP3, Try it then Maybe you can
to play a movie.
According to the report, it can play 640*480 resolution movie at 750Mhz CPU(I
don't know cpu type).

ATTENTION
This page is japanese only now.
This codec don't work correctly if VP3's DirectShowFilter is installed in your
computer.

How to check decoding use whether VFW codec or DirectShowFilter
1. Delete or Rename "vp31vfw.dll" in system(or system 32) folder.
2. Play movie compressed by VP3,
If you can play movie, DirectShowFilter is installed. And you have to uninstall
DirectShowFilter.
If you can not play movie, DirectShowFilter is not installed.
