<HTML><BODY>Hello all,<br><br>Can you please explain what does "lookahead" value mean?<br>As I see in speexenc.c exactly FRAME_SIZE samples are given to the encoder every time speex_encode_int being called.<br>Does the lookahead value of 8.9 ms (for wb) mean that 8.9ms of silence will be encoded in the first fream and its timestamp must be decreased by 8.9 ms?
