Dear all,<br><br>I am a Speex newbie. I would like to modify the
speexenc and speexdec logic. As a starting point, I would like to
compile speexenc.c (under Fedora) to make sure that everything is ready
for modification.<br>
<br>Can anyone please walk me through the process ? I downloaded both
Speex source and Ogg but not sure about the linking process or if there
is a need to make the directory structure one way or another.<br><br>I promise I won&#39;t swamp you with trivial questions. A little detail, however, is needed at the beginning.
